It's healthy if we can make light of things, we need that sometimes instead of all the serious stuff we deal with.
I have an aunt that means well, but when I am watching a movie, I don't want someone telling me "you know so and so (movie star or famous figure) is going to be on a talk show all about their illness, bipolar, like you have. . ."
Last time I told her, I do not need to watch it, I'm enjoying a movie, that non-bipolars watch".
Also, we know what we have, I don't need to hear what Carrie Fischer, Patty Duke, and other celebrities have or deal with, this stuff is nothing new. . .well at least to me it's not.
I like that bipolarbear name I heard awhile ago, we do need a little light stuff

Bipolarian, I'm also an Aquarian
