Hello! I know what you mean about an ADD diagnosis putting things together. Until I was diagnosed I was always frustrated with the way I was and the way my brian just didnt seem to function normally. After knowing it is ADD that makes me the way I am everything became clearer and made me feel better that it is not my "fault" that I am unorganized and scatter-brained and unfocused.

I initially got my meds from my family dr. I switched to a specialist and get the meds from him now. I switched for this because I wanted someone that knew more about ADD. I love my family dr, but he doesn't really deal with Adult ADD.

Not sure what sort of examples you was looking for, but hope that helps.
