hi ella,

i haven't been dxed with DID either. it gets hard to believe yourself when you get invalidated, but you've got to be strong and keep on looking for someone who will believe you. if you feel your pdoc is helpful anyway, even though she doesn't think it's DID then i suppose it's ok to keep seeing her. these days there are still a lot of pdocs who know about DID but think it's about people who are like Sybil and people like that. and that it happens just in movies but certainly not in this very ordinary patient.

well, that was my ramble, but i hope you keep on looking for the help that you deserve. in the meantime i'm offering a pair of eyes to listen with, and care.
