Lately I've been very sad (if you have any inquiries as to why, you can feel free to look at my other threads) and I thought as time passes by I would be getting better.
I have been doing everything people, books, websites, youtube videos, my parents, my therapist, and my common sense have been telling me to, but still I get worse and worse as each day passes.
I feel like at this rate I'm just going to fall deeper and deeper into depression.
Does anyone have any advice for me as to how I can avoid me getting sadder?
