hi, i've been having this one dream for about a month now... and i can't seem to shake it out of my head... ive tried everything to get my mind off it when i sleep but it still comes, im really scared because its really gory and really intense... its like a weeks worth of time in one dream too so it lasts all night with different but same situations and actions... does anyone else have this problem... i mean im losing sleep over this stupid dream... can you get rid of it?
