good that we can help each other here....well most of us have gone through bad days of depression and it's good to share the experience together and find a way to control it.
I personally don't agree with any kind of medications or drugs....
I have never achieved anything by taking medication, even didn't fix my sleeping issue!!!!
I found out over years that it's me, my own thought that are monster...and if I find a way to control them, then I will be relaxed and comfortable....
Also, I found out, I have to stay away from stressful situation and people...then I'm more relaxed!
take care of yourself and don't ever give up on yourself...You are so young and you can find out how to control your emotions....remember that "your emotions are YOURS not YOU!"
