I said goodbye to my Psychiatrist today which I have been with
for the past 6 yrs . She is pursuing something new. Probably
had enough of all the complaining . It didn't hit me until I was
half way home when I broke down crying in the car . I am going
to miss her alot . Everything is dark and gloomy right now and
it just seems to be getting worse as each day passes. 
No replies necessary , just an update , that's all .
