Hi Zen. Is there maybe some music you find particularly soothing? Or maybe a hobby that takes a lot of concentration? Stroking a pet if you have one? Do you have a garden you could sit in or maybe plants to prune/re-pot? I guess all I'm saying is you need a distraction when you feel like this but it has to be something you either find very soothing or really love doing. Sorry if this is no help.
