It's amazing how we are all depressed and yet find something
positive to hold on to . Hope , anything , never give up .
Look at the things you have and be grateful for them.
I am , but I'm STILL depressed . I used to have a cigarette when
I was stressed . I quit that . I used to have a few beers when
I felt down . I quit that . I used to eat junk food and sweets
when I was feeling low. I quit that . All because I thought it
would be a great step into feeling better about myself.
Well guess what . NOT. I need a smoke and a beer , how about
a pack of smokes and a 24 pk of beer . Just kidding , I would
never go back there , but it was a thought , just a thought.
Ranting again .....
