My husband has ADD and has recently started a 6 week schooling thing. He's in class for about 8 hours a day and is going crazy. He's so restless. He doesn't want to take medication, because he had a bad reaction to it as a kid and he's learned to work with how he is. Thankfully his job is constantly shifting him from one thing to another, but during this training thing they pretty much just sit, listen, and talk. He's driving me up the wall because he's so stressed out from it and can't sit still, ect.

He sits in the back corner of the class, so is relatively unnoticed and he wants something he can do to help ease the restlessness, but also allows him to concentrate in class. Does anyone have any strategies that may help?

p.s. He does exercise for an hour a day, but it's not helping.
