Thankfully his job is constantly shifting him from one thing to another, but during this training thing they pretty much just sit, listen, and talk. He's driving me up the wall because he's so stressed out from it and can't sit still, ect.
He sits in the back corner of the class, so is relatively unnoticed and he wants something he can do to help ease the restlessness, but also allows him to concentrate in class. Does anyone have any strategies that may help?
p.s. He does exercise for an hour a day, but it's not helping.

My ex had ADD. Could he doodle? Does he like to draw? He could color with coloring pencils (I'm serious). He could make little models with clay. Anything to keep his hands busy. I know this sounds lame but if the teacher doesn't notice, it might do the trick. Puzzles? Those small, moving puzzles, like Rubik's cube but not as hard.
Good luck.
