It's hard to find the balance at first

I'm wondering if there is a way to reframe the new T visit so it will feel less like a "replacement" for old T, and more like...an addition, maybe? Like she's here to help you on this new part of your journey, but old T is still there too...

I'm guessing that this is when you might need to contact old T the most. Maybe a few weeks down the road you won't need to in the same way, and the balance will find you.
