Calista....can we go jogging in place together!!?
Maybe, if you do some physical activity you could burn off the anxiety faster. It's been said that physical activity sends endorphins through the body and this may help trigger your chemicals to change tracks.
If you want...you could try it and I will run in place with you...or, we can just sit together and I will stay with you if you'd like...
