That sounds scary. I have never been able to watch any movies about that kind of stuff. I have to be so careful about what I put in my brain because I am just triggered too easily.

Even some animated movies trigger me, especially some Disney ones.
It sounds like you were triggered as well. Do you have a therapist to talk to about this? Perhaps your bf can help you ground so you can get present again when this happens? Hope you feel better soon.
