I'm so sorry this is happening, athomas. I know how painful this can be.

It sounds as thought he is possibly avoiding you. What I find odd, though, is the fact that this relationship has been goin on since spring, met, connected, and then suddenly..this. It's hard to say what is going on with him, but it's a good guess that he has moved on and just doesn't have the decency to inform you.
For someone to lose their cell TWICE in one month?....That's unusual. Either that or a complete farse. Sounds more like an excuse to me.

I agree with crystal....leave a happy message on ur facebook. Show that all's good with you and that this has not effected you. Don't provide him the satisfaction (if that's the case), by letting him know that he has hurt you.
Sometimes, the best way to catch one's attention is by making ourselves unavailable or seemingly uninterested.
It's quite possible that if he thinks all is good with you, he just may be curious enought to contact you to see what's up with you....although, curiosity isn't quite what you are seeking out of this. You definately deserve far more than to satisfy one's curiosity, especially after the fact that he hasn't provided you enough respect to at least tell you that he's no longer interested...if that is the case...
