keep in your mind that healing process need time and effort....if you stay in touch with him, that makes it difficult to heal....love yourself and value yourself, so stay away from him and wish him love....as less as you know about his day to day life, you will heal faster....I did it, you can do it too...
cut loose all the tights with him....
My friend, this is the fact that he has moved on and he is with somebody else...He's not thinking about you...he wants to spend time with somebody else....so, why are you hurting yourself? stay away from him and places that he goes....then when you healed and moved on, you can see him again....
