I really think it's because I stated taking Chantix to stop smoking. M T or p doc don't know about it. The house is majorly messy cause of renovations and I don't do well without order. It usually is worse first thing in the AM and last at night. I feel absolute panic that i would do anything to escape. My T has been away for a month so maybe that's part of it too. I've been strong & haven't called or emailed him though he said for me to. I actually feel kind of bratty for not calling him cause he expected me to. Like "lets see how much/ if he really cares" ....That's just playing games and I know it. I don't like that from myself.
Thank you all so much. If I didn't have all of you, I don't know where I'd be.
