Do you realize that you are taking care of yourself while struggling with so much? Making plans to fill your day with some pleasure and perhaps relaxation?

jmo, but that is a big step! actually two of them--working with your T in finding a safe way to let the feelings out, now you are being willing to do things to take the pressure off. Giving yourself permission to set everything aside for awhile?
