It probably doesn't matter technically, but I just wondered if seeing a T every 4 months would be considered "in therapy" or "out of therapy?" My T said it would be good for me to still see her every 4 months, and she wants me to. That was a relief because I thought she was just waiting for me to decide that I could leave for good. It's like a tune-up every 4 months. I am SO glad she feels that way even though she thinks I'm pretty much recovered. I feel so much relief at having this 6 years of therapy "work out." You can't imagine! I want to dance for joy! Hey, don't we have that dancing banana thingy on this board?
