Can't figure out how to quote from inside a quote...but in your response to the Pixies, you talked about holding the seatbelt away from your body... I get that with things that touch my neck

Ugh, it is the worst feeling in the world.
My meditation teacher gave me her mala beads once so I could work with them at home. I was meditating and laid back and the beads fell so that they were resting on my NECK

I decided to try to sit with it, even though I was freaking out and couldn't breathe...I told myself that it was the beads, I was safe, a loving universe was watching over me....over and over and over and over again...and I was able to get through it. Now I can deal with it SOMETIMES when something touches my neck, which is good, because my boys sometimes hug me around the neck and I felt bad about always wanting to SHOVE them away (didn't ever shove but always got out of it as quickly and gently as I could).
I wonder if the person you work with for bodywork could help you with some of this??
((((((((((((((((Kiya))))))))))))))))) Always sitting with you
