it depresses me and causes stress when its bothering me, not to a serious level though. its something hard to explain. picture a type 1 and type 2 personality. type is when u do stuff subconcoiusly, and type 2 is thinking ur thinking about stuff. type 2 is basically getting in the way of my usual train of thought when im about to do something fun or important. personally i think i shud see a therapist, but im not sure if its something they hav come across before? thanks
