I am so sorry you are hurting. I wish you were close enough to give a real hug to. Is there someone you can call a pdoc or therapist? Try to give yourself the compassion you would give another in your shoes. Is there anything that makes you feel better like a bubble bath or a good book? Try to find something soothing to do or sometimes when I feel like punishing myself I paint or draw or journal. Hang in there.
