the see saw goes up and down

some sit quietly in class listening..

others speak

i is what it should be - give and take when you can and as needs arise

no fault - no blame - no box' no bats .....just support and love

where am i? in a dark place wiht dark toughts......body memories and memories slip into my head and tell me should haves....

should have told
should have fought
should have shouted for help

my alter ego Ally (creative corner) usually manages to rise above it but she is drowning too....self pity?.... despair? dont know....

nothingness..............

I fel like the power is off and the battereis are almost flat.......
lights were on and nobody home - now the ppoeer is going and the lights will soon be out...

I have been on this dark path before

i just have to remember how i got off lol
