I am hungry all the time..........food is always on my mind...... I do give in sometimes and then purge afterwards...........but I have not been doing that lately and I just eat and have been gaining the weight that I lost.......that is not good when you weigh 215 and are only 5'5
I hate my body and wish I could stop eating........but it tastes good and is soothing to me.....my stomache growls so I know it is hungry..........any advice on how to stop the hunger pains............UGH
