not eating is deffinatly not the answer if you are having hunger pains you should eat...im 250 trust me i know how your feeling but if you eat 6 to 8 meals a day now im not talking about huge servings i mean moderately small meals through out the day and even some fruit for snacks when you are hungry then you might feel better and im glad you havnt been purging ...its a way to get rid of the food but is deffinatley one of the worst ways to do it...you could exercise the food off(not over exercise but exercise) insted ya know well i hope things work out for you and i hope ive help a lil bit
