I know that your time with T is coming to a close in a few months...can you call her and just tell her you would like to be on the schedule??

It would be easy for me to assume T didn't care in the same situation, but there are so many other possibilities: she is going to call but hasn't yet, something has come up in her life, a supervisor told her that she needs to wait for you to contact her, etc, etc. I have a tendency to assume to worst too when I don't hear from T, but none of the things I've been scared of have ever turned out to be the truth.
