Jmo, but it can be typical of many mental health issues...PTSD can certainly be included..
Confusion, difficulty concentrating, anxiety and fear, withdrawing from others, and fatigue are some of the issues associated with PTSD...depression also.

If you are on meds there may be a chance they are affecting you this way also. Perhaps checking in with your pdoc or T would be beneficial...
