Hmm I have a few collections... my oldest and earliest collection is keychains. I've been collecting them since I was a little kid!! I have some that I have in shadowboxes... but haven't been able to get them all displayed yet. I have never tried counting, but I would guess there to be at least 1200-1500, or maybe more, keychains total in my collection. I have many I got on trips and places I visited. And then some that people gave me, either for the fun of it, or because they went someplace special and brought one back for me.

My next collection is holiday related. I have a HUGE snowman collection! I love snowmen. I have so many of those plastic totes FILLED with various snowmen.. too many! lol I think at last count, I have about 600 pieces... figurines, plush, wall hangings, snowglobes, etc. Every Christmas, I put EVERY piece out... it looks like a Christmas store! lol I buy retail and even find quite a few at thrift stores and yard sales! And so far, all the items I bought over the years, I never bought a duplicate somehow! lol Don't know how I managed to luck into that! hehe

And lastly, my most recent thing, that is kind of now a collection... is jigsaw puzzles. I started doing them just over 3 years ago again when I became disabled, to occupy my time and keep me from going stir crazy, being stuck at home all the time. My favorites, I glue and mount. I also started selling some on ebay... but moved this past December, and had to put my sales on hold, everything is a mess. lol As soon as I get organized again, I will start selling again. The ones I have to sell total about 1200 or so... then my personal collection is about another 1000 or more that are not yet complete... and I have about 400-500 already glued. The majority of them I got at thrift shops and yard sales! One I had to purchase though... I saw it advertised, and waited and waited until I saw it on ebay for less than half the regular price, for a new unopened one... it has 18,500+ pieces!! It will measure over 9ft by 6ft when completed!!!! MASSIVE!! One of these days I will have the room to actually complete it! lol But as for regular ones, I can now usually complete a standard 1000 piece puzzle in about 4-6 hours of actual completion time!

Oh, and a REALLY small collection... something I haven't added to in quite a few years, mainly for cost... is pewter... dragons, wizards castles! I only have about 18 pieces in that small collection though... they are pricier, so I don't get to add those very often!
Thanks for this!
