Rohag, yes this is a "pattern" for me. Usually it is the first month of school or so. Then I can adjust to all the new stress. This pattern goes back all the way back to elementary school. It isn't so much a problem being that I can still get through the school work, but it messes with everything else also.
Thank you all for the support. I have a job interview on Thursday so hopefully that will work out.
