Ahh babe,

A cycle of rage........all cycles are a revolution......a full circle.....

All rage is the product of FEAR.......what are you afraid of sweet?

It is with rage that we seek to gain control over fear without knowing we are doing it.......but rage is self-fulfilling......the more rage you feel the more rage you get......and so on.....

Like with all heightened states, it will burn itself out, babe......have no fear, you will not be feeling like this for long, although I do know how it feels to think, "This will never end"........but history dictates that it does end......

Safety........where do you feel safe? At your doctors? At your friends? In your bed?.......

Love the rage, embrace it with all the peace you can muster, separate the rage from your body and observe it.......let it thrash around while providing protection and soothing words so it does not bump its head on the walls........love it, for it is undeniably a part of you at the moment babe.....and the more you fight it, the stronger it becomes......

As always, if you feel that you are in danger of hurting yourself or others, take the path of least resistance and visit your local hospital.......sometimes it can break the circuit.......short of that, a sedative will help.
