regardless of the reasons about why pdoc did it, i think your feeling devastation is valid. exposed and overwhelmed and not sure how to cope.

if you want to talk about it a bit more, i'm here to listen. but otherwise, know that you still have us here, (((((shame))))), and we will get you through this.

i joined PC last year when my old-T broke confidentiality. that was the last time i saw him too. PC helped me, a complete stranger, out and i've largely moved on from all the hurt that happened as a result of what he did.

but for where you are right now, i'll just sit with you. i dont think i had ever felt more betrayed, and i'm guessing similar huge feelings are going through you right now too .
