I can relate to your post. I agree with Parker that a visit to the doctor to rule out physical causes is very important. After the birth of my second daughter, I developed hyperthyroidism, which really wreaked havoc on my body and my emotional health. Thyroid problems can cause anxiety and depressive symptoms.
I also have depression, and for me anxiety often grows and worsens with my depression, which in turn causes me to get angry easily and snap at others.
Seeing a doctor to find out what is going on seems like a great idea...
