You have achieved a lot. Well done on your weight loss and exercise regime. Since I have been gyming for 2 years, I have also lost a lot of weight and have been able to keep my depression at bay. I really believe exercising does help. It is a bit of a catch 22 though because it seems to be harder and harder to get the motivation to exercise even knowing it helps.
Do take care not to become too extreme with your exercise regime and weight loss efforts, for this will defeat the purpose of beating your depression.
