Once you're able to focus, then try to determine exactly what kind of help you need. Maybe you can privately confide in your closest friends, family or a counselor. Regardless, the decisions to seek help and what kind of help are yours.
I don't need to know any details to understand you are in distress. Your distress is our distress.

mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
