I'm sorry to hear what you're going thru. I agree with the others here, getting out and feeling good about yourself is the only thing that ever helped me. It makes it even worse when you think the other person has already moved on. They say the pain goes away eventually, and maybe it does, but the only thing you can do is try to make yourself feel better. My boyfriend and I are on a constant rollercoaster with splitting up and getting back together, and I know how awful it feels when you know you've lost someone who seemed to be "the one".
