call a lawyer. call your T. tell him everything, or her? call the mortgage company and tell them what happened. ask for time. if they haven't "served" you with court papers, you still have some time. when they serve you, you still have about 30 days. get moving. you and the boys deserve a good, decent and safe life. and you are posting in an okay place. and you started a "thread" and we're adding to it.........xoxoxo pat
