Hello kristenkvinna! Welcome to the ever expanding Psychocentral...............I did a little of my drug searches that I used occassionally during my years of nursing school.

One thing I can tell you about your elderly mother mixing Klonopin w/ ANY alcohol ( or any addt'l sedative-like med)is extremely dangerous; especially w/ older adults b/c their metabolism rate is much slower; thus, the drug can build up in her system & become "toxic"
Which might equal to very bad news.

AS far as I quickly researched my files on medications; I found one site that links to a resource net of most 200 & 300 drug names, side effects, doses, adverse effects; everything you may want........if not, they are also hooked up to WebMD; HealthTouch; and or Medline.com which is also connected to Drug.Info searches
Do not take my referrals in place of professional doctors references! I'm an unemployed nurse......disclaimer...entered

The web site to get you rolling is:

www.mentalhelp.net/ look up Home Page; scroll
down on the right side where it
says "Resources" Find Medication
Information & I think you can go
anywhere from there; it's a

thoroughly researched web link. Hope this helps!

If you
want to really "go for the gold" my second choice would be

www.mayoclinic.com They have a finely recognized drug Tx
and drug information sections.

Hope this helps give a place to start!
Humbly Submitted w/ (((((((((hugs) DAYZEE9 (PM me if you have more questions!)
