Hi, Bridgie! I suffer from unrefreshing sleep, that is, regardless of the number of hours of sleep I get, it's basically low-quality sleep. How's your sleep quality? Are you in a position to effectively assess that? Might you benefit from some sort of sleep aid or "sleep hygiene" program?
I'm not suggesting unrefresing sleep is your problem; it
might be one of several interconnected problems, which all together make life exceptionally difficult.
