**One thing I can tell you about your elderly mother mixing Klonopin w/ ANY alcohol ( or any addt'l sedative-like med)is extremely dangerous; especially w/ older adults b/c their metabolism rate is much slower; thus, the drug can build up in her system & become "toxic"

Dayzee, i believe that she was referring to a "medical cocktail" that has been prescribed to her mother for Parkinson's disease. It would be a combination, which included klonopin. pat
