I had a punching bag growing up. Good heavy one. They're perfect for when you feel like hurting someone or yourself. Can mildly hurt your hands with no lasting effects and feel like you're beating up your problem at the same time. Also, can be aerobic exercise. Nice combo! It may have helped me deal with raging hormones at the time, too.
