thanks for the suggestions. I will and do make all the decisions in the house, however i do take the boys feelings into account. My T has not called me back and i was on the phone yesterday for over one hour with the foreclosure dept. Very frustrating. i will have to try to get a lawyer for that like everyone suggested. This really is a great place to get some support and i really appreciate it. Thanks again everyone for taking time to answer my posts.
