I agree with DHLS's post! I would also add the date and thank alters for coming out, seems to help inside ppl that wants to talk/ Oh and a composition noteook is awesome to because it is hard to tear out the pages for alters that don't want something said but the big thing is get alter's communicating. IF at first alters don't come out, keep it open and in the same place that helps to. YOu have such a good bunch of ideas.
