I will see my t tomorrow, before she leaves on a 3 week vacation. (yikes!) I am feeling anything but adult and I'm afraid the child parts will be more present tomorrow. (abandonment issues--um, yeah)
Anyway, I was thinking of leaving a card with her, from my adult part, letting her know how much I wish for her to enjoy her vacation. It's how I want to feel, but not sure I will feel, tomorrow.
Does this sound like a good idea or not? I know she is worried about me but I want to let her know that at least some part of me is happy for her.
Just looking for some input, I really respect everyone's opinions here!
