When I first saw a therapist, about 6 years ago, she taught me some EFT techniques and I found that they worked well for me. At that time, she gave me a demonstration sheet with the basics on it. After the events of the last few months (breakdown following the death of my father and my wife leaving me), I remembered about the sheet and looked it out. I have since started using EFT again, to help me get over the emotional scars and fears of rejection. So, for me it has really helped.
I also recently went to see a Kinesiologist, who did some EFT with me as part of the therapy to get through my grief.
