I do not think this is Bipolar disorder, but anything is possible, it sounds like more of an aftermath of using the shrooms and what ever you may have used, it happens.
Using or abusing illegal stuff not prescribed by a doc or pdoc, can bring on psychosis by the effect the shroom's (and other street drugs)chemicals have on the brain's chemistry, or even mimic disorders.
The course of action is to stop the use of non-prescibed "meds" (shrooms, and other street drugs), find a therapist, the therapist may refer you to a pdoc for psychiatric evaluation,seeing if you really have a disorder and make the diagnosis.
From that point if needed the pdoc will be able to prescribe
the med or meds you need, and a treatment plan, some or many include talk therapy in a plan for treatment, this is usually done with a licensed social worker or psychologist. It can work out for you, it does for thousands.
Please do not use street drugs, they are risky(possibly contaminated) and as we all know, messes up our heads in time and do damage to our bodies. The risk of addiction is not worth it, you get short term fun, long term agony.
I know some will say it is possible with prescribed meds. but things are produced in a sterile environment, and can be tracked so quick action can be taken, try doing that with a dealer on the corner.
Just be safe, you are young, have many wonderful years to come, take care of yourself, you are worth it
