I’m with Vickie on this one, since your husband has disclosed his illness to his employer they cannot terminate him because of this on-going problem. Which I suspect is why this message was “lost”, they can terminate you for failure to notify them of a flare up. Was this a long distance call, did you call from his hospital room, cell phone, any way to prove that you did in fact call? The publicity alone is enough to shake them up, do consider contacting the labor board or American’s with Disability lawyer.
On a different note, you should seriously consider talking to a doctor about the issues that you’re having, not only so that you can get a job, but so that you can live a decent, predictable life. The dizziness can be an indication that something is seriously wrong anything from blood pressure, blood sugar, well the list is endless, but those were the causes of mine. It can also be something minor but it’s certainly worth finding out.
