thank you for the hug. I think the triggers are many right now, like life is the trigger. along with that are a lot of really yucky flashbacks and memories and then all of the switching that goes along with it; which of course leads to real life challenges at work and home. Yes, when there are alot of flashbacks and switching and triggers, it can make day to day life really difficult, can't it?! It sounds like you've got a whole lot going on under the surface. Are you in therapy? I've had to work with my therapist alot to learn how to contain things between sessions as much as possible. Otherwise, there is just too much going on for me at once to function. Do you use containment? I'm getting better at it, but I find that sometimes, my other parts just refuse to be put safely away!
