This has happened to me twice in a row, too. It was bugging me, too. I hate it when anyone says they will do something and then don't. But then I figured, hey, I'm the consumer and this is her business so I called and scheduled an appt and then it happened the very next time. She didn't have her calendar so she said she'd text or email with available dates and she didn't. So once again I called and scheduled.
She has a very busy practice and if I waited until she remembered, I'd probably have to wait a month or more (or worse she'd assume I wasn't coming back and then never call!) Anyway, I decided not to read too much into it; however, if it happens again, I'll call her on it.
I'd give your T a day and if she/he hasn't then I would call. T's are human and everybody forgets things.
