Even though I don't know you, your post totally touched my heart......man, can I relate! It stalks me for the rest of my life; just jumps into my life out of the clear blue sky & all I can think about (if I even have the energy for that) is slitting my throat.............I know how hard it is to get out of bed....sigh.........
