He sits in the back corner of the class, so is relatively unnoticed and he wants something he can do to help ease the restlessness, but also allows him to concentrate in class. Does anyone have any strategies that may help?

p.s. He does exercise for an hour a day, but it's not helping.
I began tape recording In colledge, It was the only way I could learn.
And if his writting is ilegeable this will take the palce of note taking.

He might concider taping some of his lectures so he can review them later.
ADHD is very dificult to deal with .

meditaion and relaxation techniques are the only thing left beside medication and behavior modification.

There are those stress /squezze balls you can buy at stapels office supply .

I figdet with most anything . I'm always tangeling my ear buds un aware that go with my cd player. , I spend lots of time untagling them, I like to flip two double A batteries In my palm . its more fun and faster than those chinese balls . and make no noise.

anythig whirrly is fun too . I whip my ear buds around..LOL!

He might try playing some soothing music real low through a MP3 or Ipod as back ground noise . it may help relax and sooth yet still let him hear and see the instructor.

Has he considered trying stratera? Its a non stimulant. I have heard mixed resuts from it works from it doesn't work as well as say adderal .
